Crete, an island that surrounds the whole soul of Greece

Day by Day


Day 1

The first day begins with a very nice ride in the Attica Riviera before we arrive in the evening at the port of Piraeus to take the ship that will bring us early in the morning to Chania. Overnight and boarding in cabins.

day 2

Day 2

Arrive in Chania very early morning for a tour of the surrounding area. We will see the tombs of Venizelos and the old Venetian Harbor. Then we will visit the lagoon of Balos and we will ride south through the wonderful beach at Falassarna to reach the area in Elafonissi with the exotic beach to overnight.

day 3

Day 3

Today's route will be passed from Paleochora and Omalos. Then we will ride around the through narrow twisty roads of White Mountains with last stop in Georgioupolis on the north side of Crete.

day 4

Day 4

Direction to the South again. The Venetian Castle of Frangokastello at the beginning and the Holy Monastery of Preveli for the continuation before we reach the beach of the hippies in Matala for our overnight stay.

day 5

Day 5

Today we will head east to discover wonderful beaches and gorges. The village Mires and the wild forest of Rouvas is on our way. An enchanting real route. Final destination the city of Ierapetra.

day 6

Day 6

Almost the prefecture of Lasithi in our current program. An eastern course at the beginning towards ancient Zakros and the famous tropical palm forest at Vai for the continuation. We will visit Spinalonga to stay in the cosmopolitan area of ‚Äč‚ÄčElounda.

last day

Day 7

Last day on the magical island of Crete, but we will not easily separate it. The beautiful Minoan palaces of Knossos are on our way as well as the very interesting aquarium in the city of Heraklion. In the evening boarding to the ship that will take us back to Athens next morning. Time to explore Athens before you leave.

This tour is currently offered as a self-guided, or as fully guided upon a group request of at least 3 riders. You can add one more day if you like. Contact us if you want some changes.

This tour can be done any time of the year but better from March to November.
